When you bring us a watch for repair, contact us, or use our online estimate and status pages, we may collect: your name and business name; contact details (mailing address, email address, phone number, and mobile number if you choose to provide it); details about your watch and the repair you request (brand, description, serial number, photographs, and service notes); and billing records (estimates, invoices, payments, and statements). Our website may also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide our services: to track and perform your repair, to send you service communications about your own repair (such as repair estimates, approval requests, status updates, and ready-for-pickup notices, by email or by text message if you have opted in), to prepare invoices and statements, to process payments, and to respond to your questions. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text updates, we will send you transactional messages about your own repair only. Message frequency varies (typically 2 to 4 messages per repair). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor, email delivery provider, and text messaging provider), and only as needed to deliver our services to you; with professional advisors such as our accountant, as needed; and when required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain repair and billing records as needed for business and legal purposes. We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to update or correct your contact information, to stop sending you text messages (or simply reply STOP), or to answer questions about this policy.
