Program name: A&B Watch Repair Service Updates Operated by: Raza Capital Group LLC (d/b/a A&B Watch Repair) Effective date: August 15, 2026

1. Program description

When you drop off a watch for repair with A&B Watch Repair and provide your mobile number, or opt in on our online estimate approval page, you consent to receive transactional text messages about your own repair. These messages may include repair estimate notifications with a secure approval link, repair status updates, and ready-for-pickup alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2 to 4 messages per repair.

3. Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan. A&B Watch Repair does not charge for text messages.

4. Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe by text, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, provide your mobile number again at the shop or opt in on your next estimate page.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
